Cleaning/Domestic Services Tender As part of the ongoing Market Testing commitment within the PFI contract at the Atkinson Morley Wing, St Georges Hospital, the soft (Cleaning/Domestic) FM services are being retendered. The future contract will be for a maximum of 5 years, and the successful contractor will be required to deliver a very high standard and will also be subject to a Payment Mechanism deduction scheme. As with all NHS buildings, which covers around 24,000 sqm , there is a high focus on the service provider to have an overall commitment to quality, and in particular to providing individualised patient care, improved facilities for patients and staff and the sensitive management of the patients’ experience.
